Customization Policy
Hair will either be shipped or hand delivered depending on how far you live (we are based in South London). We accept used wigs that you would like to be transformed. Please ensure you send a picture of the desired colour you would like, you would also have to state your name,address and phone number so that we know which order is which!

Return Policy 
Hair can be returned if it is untouched and the lace is still intact. We will not accept tampered with hair as we always would take proof of what we are sending to you, the state and condition it left, and the tracking information of the item. 

We also would not provide a refund if our courier has said it has been delivered and you are disputing that it has not been .You can resolve that with Royal Mail and not us, our responsibility is to ship out good quality products. All our parcels will be tracked and signed for so no disputes can come about.
